I have finished sock#1 for the pair of
Twisted Flower Socks!!! I made a few minor alterations to make it fit me better. I eliminated part of the second repeat for the leg, and I did a typical slip stitch heel instead of the lacy heel that was written for the pattern. The pics aren't all that great. I blame it all on the sun. It looks all pretty and bright outside, so, I go out to try to take pics and the sun immediately runs off hiding behind a cloud. What a bitch....LOL.
Now off to work on
Embossed Leaves, and maybe cast on for Twisted Flower #2.

That is soooo gorgeous! They're high on my "to knit" list but I haven't bought the pattern yet.
You're the second person I've seen in the past few minutes who did a plain heel stitch rather than the way it was written...why?
